Handling of Hazardous Substances Under Sindh Environmental Protection Act 2014 Section 13

Under the Sindh Environmental Protection Act 2014 Section 13: Subject to the provisions of this Act, no person shall import, generate, collect, consign, transport, treat, dispose of, store, handle or otherwise use or deal with any hazardous substance except

1. under a licence issued by the Agency; or
2. in accordance with the provisions of any other law, rule, regulation or notification for the time being in force, or of any international treaty, convention, protocol, code, standard, agreement or other instrument to which Government is a party.

Environmental Audit / Environmental Review Report / Environmental Management Plan Under Sindh Environmental Protection Act 2014 Section 20

Under the Sindh Environmental Protection Act 2014 Section 20: The Agency (SEPA) shall from time to time require the person in charge of a project to furnish, within such period as may be specified, an Environmental Audit or Environmental Review Report or Environmental Management Plan containing a comprehensive appraisal of the environmental aspects of the project.
